Things you need to know regarding trips for next week's meeting at Logan's - Tuesday, January 3rd:

1.  Silver Creek/Snowshoe - Race Finals Weekend

     March 8-11, 2012

     Trip information and pricing was in the December newsletter and details can be found through the website.

     Deposits were due at the December meeting and balance is due next week.

     All rooms will be dropped after Tuesday nights meeting.

     So if you can not be at the meeting and plan to go on the trip - mail the check with lodging request to me.

     (Lodging request means size room, number of nights and number of people)

Looks like everyone needs to be at the meeting next week - as it is that time of year when the checkbook needs to be in hand!

WEEKEND DATES:                  March 8-11, 2012

RACE DATE:                            March 10^th

RACE LOCATION:                     Silver Creek, West Virginia

LODGING:                                Silver Creek Resort, in Condos (Snowshoe)

INCLUDED IN PRICE:                Lodging for two or three nights, including tax

                                                Three or Four day lift tickets (Th/F/S/S or F/S/S)

                                                Saturday night party, with drink tickets and munchies

On Friday gates will be set up, at Silver Creek.  The cost is to be determined.  Cost and waiver can be paid at the top of the course.

CHECK-IN:                    After 5 PM

DEADLINES:                Deposit  $175              December                     Club Meeting

                                   Balance due                January                         Club Meeting

Non skiers and Junior (under 12) rates available – see Lisa.

Offsite:  racers = $** plus $** party

 Cancellation Policy:  You may cancel up to January 3^th, 2012 and receive a full refund.  Any rooms not guaranteed with a deposit are subject to cancellation on January 3^th, 2012.  Any rooms cancelled after January 3^th, 2012 will be subject to an 100% penalty, unless resold.  If the race is cancelled due to weather issues, you will receive refunds based on refunds provided from the resort.  The race committee will try to make this decision no later than noon on the Tuesday preceding the Saturday race.  The trips committee will make every effort to get as much money refunded as possible if the trip is cancelled.
