Blues, Brews and BBQ’s weekend at Snowshoe – September 7 - 10

BLUES, BREWS AND BBQ’S

Crescent is going to try a summer\fall weekend event.

Location:           Snowshoe, WV

Dates:             September 7-10, 2006

Lodging:          Snowshoe Resort (village condos)

Included in pricing:   Lodging three nights, taxes, Fri night wine and cheese reception, fun pass (includes access to split rock pools, scenic lift rides, ½ off of boat rental, one bag practice at Raven Golf Club, access to skate park, free tennis at Raven Golf Club, 10% off sporting clays), Beer mug, 10 food tickets, (allows you to sample various Brews and BBQ) T-shirt

One Lift/shuttle ride:  $5.00

Lift/shuttle/bike park/all trails day (1/2/3) pass:  $35/60/85

Sporting clays (5 stands/5 targets):  $25.00

            ½ day guided tour:  $70.00

Check-in:                   after 5 PM                               CHECK-OUT: 11:00 am Sunday

Deadlines:                  Confirmation form:  July 20th, 2006

                                    Full payment due:  July 20th, 2006

Rooming list due:          August 24th, 2006

Rooming changes due:  September 1st, 2006

Note:  A $15.00 fee will be assessed for EACH missed deadline.

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel up to July 24^th, 2006 and receive a full refund.  Any rooms not guaranteed with a deposit are subject to cancellation on July 24^th, 2006.  Any rooms cancelled after July 24^th, 2006 will be subject to a 100% penalty if the resort cannot resell the units.
